We’ve lived the story we help others tell.

Before founding SVG, Christina Skillman worked in both documentary and corporate television—often seeing the same pattern: companies struggling to communicate what actually made them special. Great stories were buried in complexity or lost in translation.

She wanted to change that.

After working on an award-winning documentary project in the UK, Christina saw firsthand how authentic storytelling could cut through noise and connect deeply. She returned to her corporate work in Boston with fresh conviction—and a new vision.

In 2005, she launched Skillman Video Group to help organizations find the soul of their story—and craft video that lands with clarity, beauty, and power.

In the two decades since, SVG has grown into a trusted creative partner for innovative brands, mission-driven orgs, and household names—helping clients like Tesla, Gillette, Boston Children's Hospital, and the Country Music Association tell their story with impact.
